Build to Your Specifications
Wastewater created during the day can be held in a holding tank. When you are ready to treat your wastewater the operator will turn the system on and pump the wastewater from the holding tank into the treatment tank. The treatment tank will have high level controls, if reached, the pumps feeding the treatment tank will be automatically shut off.
If needed, you can add a control panel. The Control Panel will operate the entire process. This includes turning the mixer on and off in timed intervals, monitoring the pH, adding chemistry, and notifying the operator when the batch is complete and they can begin to run the filter press. The controls can also be run in hand mode for manual treatment.
Depending on your specific needs, Met-Chem can mount an Inclined Plate Clarifier, and/or an Oil Water Separator to the trailer in order treat any wastewater before it is sent to the Filter Press for sludge dewatering.
Met-Chem can customize any chemistry (including Polymer and Coagulant) you need to treat produced water contaminants.

Met-Chem can manufacture a new filter press to Recycle Your Wastewater into fresh reusable water. Each Filter Press will be designed to your specifications. The manifold and piping can be constructed using, but not limited to CPVC, Carbon Steel, or Stainless Steel. As your business grows, our filter presses can be expanded by adding additional filter plates, reducing the need to purchase new costly equipment.
Met-Chem can offer start-up and installation as an additional option. We can provide full support as you get your system up and running. We have installation technicians and technical representatives that we can send to your facility to make sure the system is running as it should.
