Met-Chem provides Delivery and Installation for new and used Wastewater Treatment Equipment, both domestically and internationally.
Met-Chem ships equipment by flatbed truck within the continental United States, and most parts of Canada and Mexico. For customers located in Alaska, Hawaii, and other International locations, Met-Chem offers crate shipping.
If you would like to provide your own carrier, you can arrange to Pick-up Your Equipment at our shop in Cleveland, Ohio.
Met-Chem Filter Presses ship within the continental United States, Canada, and Mexico via flatbed trucks. This method is the safest way to ship filter presses as it allows the top heavy filter press to be strapped directly to the deck of the truck for safe shipping. It also allows for the equipment not to be moved unit it is received by the end user. This means that Met-Chem loads the filter press and it is not moved or touched until it arrives at its final destination. For safe shipping all filter presses are tarped and we only use air ride trucks.
Equipment is loaded on a flatbed trailer.
The equipment is strapped and secured to the trailer.
Finally, the equipment is tarped and ready to ship!
For customer’s located in Hawaii, Alaska, the Caribbean, South America, Central America, or any other international destination Met-Chem is happy to offer our international crating services. Each filter press is first secured to a skid. The filter press is then wrapped with VCI shrink wrap and desiccant. The crating is completed with a full crate being built to protect the filter press. All wood is treated and stamped for international shipping use.
Equipment is strapped downed and secured to the skid.
Equipment is Shrink Wrapped to protect from water moisture and dirt. Desiccant Silica gel packets are added to control moisture during shipping.
The product is crated and ready to ship!
Customers are more than welcome to pick-up of their equipment from our shop in Cleveland, OH.
After your equipment is manufactured, Met-Chem will arrange a pick-up date/time, and consult with you on which trucks are suitable to pick-up your equipment. The loading dock is located behind the building and it can be accessed off of E. 82 street.
