Skid Pumps are used in a wide variety of applications, each with its own unique demands. Met-Chem customizes skid pumps to meet your needs for your specific application. Common Skid Pumps are designed for wastewater treatment systems and plating applications.
Skids Pumps come in a large array of styles. The control panel comes in user-friendly design, and it allows for automation which frees up time for your workers. The pumping station contain high-levels floats that communicate with the control panel. More complex skids can be outfitted with but not limited to pH controls, chemical dosing controls, temperature alarms, tanks, filters, Ultrafiltration, and Reverse Osmosis. The skid comes with air-operated diaphragm pumps or centrifugal pumps in cast aluminum, polypropylene, or stainless steel. Ask Met-Chem for the exact options and features you need.

The Met-Chem Pumping Station can be used as a method of pumping overflow water within a Wastewater Treatment System from a cone bottom tank and Filter Press filtrate back to the EQ(equalization) tank of a wastewater treatment system. This allows those flows to retreat. The system includes a tank for the overflow water. This tank contains a high-level float which allows the pumps to turn on and pump the solution to the EQ tank. Depending on chemical compatibility and temperatures Met-Chem can offer both Air-operated Diaphragm Pumps and centrifugal pumps in cast aluminum, polypropylene, or stainless steel. The system includes two pumps which allows for redundancy in case there is an issue with one of the pumps you can continue to run. The system is skid mounted for easy installation and portability when needed. The system also includes a custom individual control panel. While these are traditionally used with plating applications and wastewater treatment they can be used in any application where a liquid needs to be pumped from one location of a plant to another.
